Our plans require a contract, which describes your coverage as well as applicable limitations and exclusions. Service fees and charges for noncovered items may apply.

Your contract may vary depending on the plan you select and the state that you live in. If your specific state is not listed below, please click on “All Other States” to view an applicable sample contract.
Insurance on your house won’t cover the costs of repairing plumbing leaks, nor will it cover fixing your dishwasher, a malfunctioning sprinkler system, or issues with your clothes washer and dryer. For these situations, you want a home warranty.

Pricing based on plans with $100 Trade Call Fee. Pricing varies based on home type and square footage. The coverage period is effective 30 days following initial payment and contract start date.
